DELIVERY CHARGES
JAPAN
We charge a flat fee for shipping under ¥22'000, above which it is free.
The delivery carrier used for domestic orders is Yamato.

OVERSEA
Depending on the destination country, shipping fees may vary. Our system automatically calculates the shipping costs for your individual order based on your destination country. Simply add all desired articles to your virtual shopping card and proceed to the check-out page to calculate the shipping costs.
We charge a shipping fee for orders under ¥44'000, above which shipping is free.
For international orders, our standard shipping partner is Yamato Transport, which has a partnership with UPS for International fulfillments.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND DUTIES
Depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, import of certain goods may be restricted or prohibited.
Any additional fees incurred during the customs clearance process will the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN
We will charge a shipping fee for any items that are sent back by the shipping company as a result of illegitimate reasons (e.g. failure to receive the items, exhausting the storage deadline of the shipping company etc.).
ITEM DELIVERY
Stock permitting, all orders placed with our Online Store are usually dispatched within 5 working days. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.
Shipping Timeframes:
Japan: 1-2 Working Days
Rest of the World: 5-12 Days
*Parcels may be held at customs or delayed for other reasons for each country and area.
Please be aware that delivery dates cannot be selected.
